  • tsp basil leaves dried
  • cloves garlic minced
  • cup milk mozzarella cheese shredded 2% kraft
  • 1.5 lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into bite-size pieces
  • oz stove top stuffing mix for chicken
  • 0.5 cup water

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix tomatoes, stuffing mix, water and garlic just until stuffing mix is moistened.
  3. Place chicken in 3-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with basil and cheese.
  4. Top with stuffing mixture.
  5. Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done.
