Ingredients

  • 200 ml beer 
  • tablespoons butter divided
  • 400 cabbage green halved lengthwise cut into two-finger-width wedges
  • small onion diced ()
  • servings bell pepper to taste
  • servings bell pepper to taste
  • 150 potatoes cut into chunks
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 200 andouille smoked cut into thumb-length pieces
  • 0.5 Tbs sugar
