Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb asparagus spears fresh cut into 2-inch lengths thin
  • 0.3 cup lite creamy caesar dressing kraft
  • cups farfalle pasta uncooked (bow-tie pasta)
  •  lemon zest 
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese shredded kraft
  • lb shrimp deveined uncooked peeled

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp and asparagus; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink. Stir in lemon zest and juice.
  4. Drain pasta, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water.
  5. Place pasta in large bowl.
  6. Add shrimp mixture; mix lightly. Gradually stir in reserved pasta water if desired until pasta mixture is of desired consistency. Top with cheese.
