  • 0.5 tsp cumin seeds 
  • bunch cilantro leaves fresh
  • 0.8 cup cabbage green
  • 0.5 tsp ground coriander 
  •  juice of lime 
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • 0.8 cup cabbage red
  • teaspoons sunflower seeds
