  • 0.8 cup butter softened
  • ounce cream cheese light softened
  • 0.8 cup peanut butter 
  • 0.5 cup pecans chopped
  • 1.5 teaspoons heat stable artificial sweetener 
  • 1.5 cups wheat crackers shredded crushed
  • ounce non-dairy whipped topping frozen thawed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium-size bowl, mix together crushed crackers, pecans, and artificial sweetener.
  3. Cut in butter or margarine until mixture is crumbly. Press into a 9 inch pie pan.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 7 minutes.
  5. Remove and cool.
  6. In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and peanut butter. Beat until fluffy, then fold in whipped topping.
  7. Pour mixture into cooled crust. Chill 2 to 3 hours before serving.
