  • 0.8 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients; pour into a lightly greased 9- x 5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  3. Pour melted butter over top.
  4. Bake 10 more minutes.
  5. *Non-alcoholic or light beer may be substituted.
