  • cups bread all-purpose divided
  • teaspoon mustard dry
  • 2.3 teaspoons yeast dry
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • tablespoon stick margarine melted
  • tablespoons sugar 
  • ounces turkey pepperoni chopped
  • 1.3 cups warm water (100° to 110°)

Directions

  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water in a large bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in butter. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife.
  2. Add 2 1/2 cups flour and next 6 ingredients (flour through garlic) to yeast mixture; stir until blended. Turn dough out onto a floured surface. Knead until smooth and elastic (about 10 minutes); add enough of remaining flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, to prevent dough from sticking to hands (dough will feel tacky).
  3. Place dough in a small bowl coated with cooking spray, turning to coat top. Cover and let rise in a warm place (8

  5. Roll into a 14 x 7-inch rectangle on a floured surface.
