  • lb yukon gold potatoes peeled cut into fourths
  • cloves garlic clove unpeeled
  • 0.5 cup beer light
  • tablespoons butter melted
  • oz pizza cheese shredded
  • tablespoons cream sour
  • slices bacon crumbled cooked
