Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups broccoli frozen thawed drained chopped (from 12 oz. bag)
  • oz corn kernels whole drained canned
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • 0.5 cup walnut pieces coarsely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic salt 
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  •  eggs 
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. In pan, mix broccoli, corn, onion and walnuts.
  2. In medium bowl, stir all remaining ingredients except cheese with wire whisk or fork until blended.
  3. Pour into pan.
  4. Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Cool 30 minutes. To serve, cut into 5 rows by 3 rows; cut each rectangle diagonally in half.
