  • 10 oz cream of chicken soup fat-free low-sodium canned
  • 0.3 cup knudsen cream light sour
  • 1.3 cups milk mild cheddar cheese shredded 2% kraft
  • 1.5 lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into bite-size pieces
  • oz stove top stuffing mix divided for chicken,
  • cup water hot

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Sprinkle 1/2 cup stuffing mix onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; top with chicken.
  3. Add hot water to remaining stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
  4. Mix soup, sour cream, cheese and vegetables; spread over chicken. Top with prepared stuffing.
  5. Bake 30 to 40 min. or until chicken is done.
