Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups roasted chicken cooked
  • ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon basil dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • ounces tomato sauce canned
  • cup milk 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 cup frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°. Grease bottom and side of pie plate, 9x1 1/4 inches, with shortening.
  2. Mix chicken, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, the Parmesan cheese, oregano, basil, garlic powder and 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce; spoon into pie late.
  3. Stir Bisquick, milk, pepper and eggs until blended.
  4. Pour over chicken mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered 35 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
  8. Serve with remaining tomato sauce, heated if desired.
