  • cup baking mix bisquick heart smart®
  • cups milk 
  •  eggs slightly beaten
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • teaspoon kosher salt (coarse)
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • cup pan drippings from roast beef preferably diced leftover
  • cup potatoes diced leftover

Directions

  1. In large bowl, beat Bisquick mix, milk and eggs with whisk until well combined. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover; refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
  2. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish.
  3. Pour mixture in baking dish.
  4. Bake uncovered about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center of egg bake comes out clean.
  5. Cut into squares, and enjoy.
