Ingredients

  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • cup banana ripe mashed
  • 0.5 cup butter softened
  • 0.3 cup cherries dried chopped
  •  eggs beaten
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 cup bittersweet chocolate mini
  • cup sugar 
  • 0.3 cup walnut pieces chopped

Directions

  1. Blend together butter and sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Add banana and eggs; mix well. In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking soda; gradually add to butter mixture. Fold in walnuts, chocolate chips and cherries.
  3. Transfer to 4 greased 51/2"x3" loaf pans.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 32 to 37 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
