  • 2.3 pounds chicken wings split
  • tablespoon fish sauce 
  • inch ginger fresh peeled thinly sliced
  • cloves garlic crushed
  • cup glutinous rice sweet
  •  spring onion chopped
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  •  onion diced
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
