  • ounces buttery crackers crushed oval-shaped reduced-fat ( 80 crackers)
  • 48 ounce chicken breast halves bone-in skinless
  • 10.8 ounce condensed undiluted reduced-fat reduced-sodium canned
  • 10.8 ounce condensed undiluted reduced-fat reduced-sodium canned
  • ounce carton cream sour reduced-fat
  • tablespoon butter melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • teaspoon pepper 
  • cups water

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large Dutch oven; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 hour or until tender.
  2. Remove chicken, and cool slightly.
  3. Preheat oven to 32
  4. Bone chicken; cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
  5. Combine chicken, chicken soup, and next 3 ingredients, stirring well.
  6. Place half of crushed crackers in an 11- x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray; spoon chicken mixture evenly over crackers. Top with remaining crackers, and drizzle with margarine.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 35 minutes or until lightly browned.
