  • cup roasted chicken cubed cooked
  • 0.7 cup finely-chopped ham cubed cooked
  • teaspoons dijon mustard 
  •  eggs 
  • servings chives fresh chopped
  • 0.7 cup milk 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • oz swiss cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup frangelico 
  • 0.5 cup frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. Layer chicken, ham and cheese in pie plate.
  3. In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients with whisk or fork until blended.
  4. Pour over cheese in pie plate.
  5. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. If desired, serve with additional potato topper and fresh chives.
