  • ounce cream cheese softened
  • ounce chilis diced green canned
  •  jalapeno diced finely
  • ounce mayonnaise 
  • ounce cheddar cheese shredded
  • pound chicken breast halves boneless skinless

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place chicken breast halves on a medium baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes, or until no longer pink.
  4. Remove from heat, cool and shred.
  5. Place shredded chicken in a medium bowl, and mix in cream cheese, mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, green chile peppers and jalapeno pepper.
  6. Transfer the chicken mixture to a medium baking dish.
  7. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
