  • Tbsp olive oil extra virgin 
  • lb mushrooms fresh sliced
  • cloves garlic minced
  •  pasilla peppers green cut into thin strips
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated kraft
  • 16 oz rigatoni pasta 
  • 1.5 lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into strips
  • 24 oz classico tomato and basil pasta sauce

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in Dutch oven or deep large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add chicken, garlic and black pepper; mix well. Cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  4. Add mushrooms and green peppers; stir. Cook 5 min. or until chicken is done. Stir in pasta sauce; simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  5. Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
