Ingredients

  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper black
  • 24 ounce strips. 
  • tablespoons fat-skimmed beef broth fat-free
  • teaspoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cumin 
  • tablespoons juice of lime fresh divided
  •  lime wedges 
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon vinegar white

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir in 1 tablespoon juice. Rub garlic mixture over chicken.
  3. Place chicken in a medium skillet.
  4. Combine 1 tablespoon juice, chicken broth, and vinegar; pour over the chicken.
  5. Place over medium-high heat; bring to a boil.
  6. Remove from heat. Wrap handle of pan with foil. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 18
  7. Remove chicken from pan; keep warm.
  8. Place pan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, and cook until reduced to 1/4 cup (about 3 minutes). Spoon over chicken.
  9. Sprinkle with cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
