  • oz fettuccine barilla uncooked
  • tablespoon butter 
  • lb chicken breast boneless skinless cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 0.8 cup cream sour
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • tablespoons dijon mustard 
  • tablespoon tarragon dried fresh chopped
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped

Directions

  1. Cook and drain fettuccine as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken; cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until no longer pink in center.
  4. In small bowl, mix sour cream, milk and mustard until smooth. Stir in tarragon.
  5. Pour into skillet with chicken. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly heated.
  6. Serve chicken mixture over fettuccine; sprinkle with parsley.
