  •  chicken breast boneless skinless
  • teaspoons steak seasoning 
  • tablespoon olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • cups watermelon cubed seeded
  • cup mangos cubed
  • 0.3 cup onion red finely chopped
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • small jalapeno seeded finely chopped
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Place chicken in shallow glass dish.
  2. Mix grill seasoning and oil; spoon over chicken. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour.
