  • cups bread flour 
  • 0.3 cup pepper flakes fresh minced
  • 0.3 cup parmesan shredded dry
  • 0.5 cup rye flour 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • cup starter 
  • tablespoon sugar 
  • cup water
