  • teaspoon five spice powder 
  • teaspoons bottled garlic minced
  • pound flank steak trimmed cut into 1/4-inch strips
  • tablespoon basil fresh chopped
  •  spring onion cut into 2-inch pieces
  • tablespoons spring onion minced
  • 0.3 cup hoisin sauce 
  • tablespoons soy sauce low-sodium
  • ounces vermicelli uncooked (banh pho)
  • medium tomatoes cut into 6 wedges
  • teaspoons vegetable oil
