  • pkg devil's food cake mix (2-layer size)
  • 16 oz ready-to-spread chocolate frosting 
  • 3.9 oz jell-o chocolate flavor pudding instant
  • cup cool whip whipped topping thawed
  • cups zucchini shredded

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Prepare cake batter as directed on package.
  3. Add dry pudding mix; beat 2 min.
  4. Add zucchini; beat just until blended.
  5. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch round pans.
  6. Bake 28 to 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool cakes in pans 10 min.; invert onto wire racks. Gently remove pans; cool cakes completely.
  7. Spoon frosting into medium bowl.
  8. Add COOL WHIP; whisk until blended. Stack cake layers on plate, filling and frosting with COOL WHIP mixture.
