  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • 0.5 cup parsley fresh coarsely chopped
  • tablespoon rosemary leaves fresh chopped
  • tablespoon sage fresh chopped
  • 0.5 cup golden raisins 
  • cups beef broth fat-free
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin
  • cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Arrange bread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until golden.
  4. Place bread in a large bowl.
