Ingredients

  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • teaspoon cumin 
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh finely chopped
  • cloves garlic chopped
  • 0.3 cup juice of lime fresh
  • 0.5 cup orange juice 
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 1.3 pounds skirt steak

Directions

  1. Combine orange juice, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, salt, cumin, oregano and crushed red pepper in a large ziplock bag.
  2. Add steak, seal bag and turn to coat with marinade.
  3. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat a gas grill to high. Oil grill.
  5. Remove steak from bag, discarding excess marinade. Grill steak to desired doneness, about 2 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  6. Transfer steak to a cutting board and allow to stand for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
