  • teaspoon ginger fresh finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup spring onion chopped
  • tablespoon juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoons soy sauce low-sodium
  • 0.3 cup orange juice fresh
  • 0.5 cup rice wine (rice wine)
  • 0.5 cup rice wine (rice wine)

  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. Combine chicken, ginger, and salt in a large bowl, tossing to coat.
  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
  3. Add chicken, and cook for 6 minutes or until browned on all sides.
  4. Add sake and next 4 ingredients (through lemon juice); cook 1 minute. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  5. Remove chicken from pan; keep warm. Bring sauce to a boil. Cook until sauce is reduced to 1/2 cup (about 5 minutes). Return chicken to pan, turning to coat.
  6. Sprinkle green onions over chicken.
