  • cup rice 
  • teaspoon butter 
  • cup chicken broth 
  • 0.3 cup coconut flakes flaked
  • cup coconut milk 
  • tablespoon coconut oil 
  • servings pepper black to taste
  •  lime zest juiced
  • servings salt to taste

Directions

  1. Rinse rice until the water runs clear; drain.
