Ingredients
- 8 ounces bow-tie pasta dry
- 1.5 cups bell pepper green thinly sliced
- 12 ounces sausage sweet italian cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1.5 cups onion thinly sliced
- 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
- 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1.5 cups bell pepper red thinly sliced
- 30 ounce contadina® tomato sauce canned
- 1.5 cups bell pepper yellow thinly sliced

- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage and onion in large non-stick skillet until sausage is lightly browned.
- Drain if needed.
- Add peppers; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add tomato sauce and oregano. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
- Stir in pasta and toss with Parmesan cheese.
