Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup half n half 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • 12.3 ounce spicy tofu firm drained reduced-fat
  • 10  vanilla cream filled sandwich style cookies crushed (such as Oreos)
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • cups non-dairy whipped topping fat-free frozen thawed

Directions

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a food processor or blender; process until smooth.
  2. Place tofu mixture in a large bowl. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer; freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Stir in crushed cookies during last 5 minutes of freezing. Spoon ice cream into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze 1 hour or until firm.
  4. Garnish with a whole cookie, if desired.
