  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • 30 ounce corn canned
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • cups milk 
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper white

Directions

  1. Using a saute pan over medium heat, saute onion in butter until tender.
  2. Add flour and stir, it will form a paste like consistency.
  3. Add milk and stir until thickened.
  4. Add corn, cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat through, until the cheese melts and then serve hot.
