  • ounces curd cottage cheese 4%
  •  eggs lightly beaten
  • 0.3 cup catsup 
  • tablespoon mustard prepared
  • tablespoons onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 cup oats 
  • teaspoon salt
