  • cup self-rising corn meal mix white
  • large eggs 
  •  spring onion thinly sliced
  • ounces lump crab meat fresh
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper red finely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup self raising flour 
  • tablespoon sugar 
  • 25 servings vegetable oil
