  • 0.8 cup granulated sugar 
  • 0.3 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • teaspoons orange zest finely grated

Spoon into a heatproof serving bowl.
  2. Drain grapefruit segments, discarding any accumulated juices, and stir into cranberry sauce. Cool to room temperature, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Serve cold or at room temperature.
