Ingredients

  • cup almonds sliced
  • 0.3 cup candied orange peel sliced into long, thin strips
  • 0.3 cup cranberries dried
  • 0.3 cup golden raisins 
  • teaspoon grapeseed oil 
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup pure (preferably Grade B)
  • cups rolled oats 
  • tablespoon butter unsalted melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Spread oats on alarge rimmed baking sheet. Toast, stirringoccasionally, until lightly browned and fragrant,about 20 minutes.
  3. Transfer to a heatproofbowl; add almonds and let cool slightly. Coatsame baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  4. Whiskmaple syrup, butter, and hazelnut oil in asmall bowl to blend.
  5. Pour syrup mixture overoats; stir thoroughly to coat.
  6. Spread mixtureon prepared sheet.
