Ingredients

  • cups flour 
  • 0.8 cup brown sugar packed
  • tablespoon brown sugar 
  • cup butter softened
  • 14 ounce condensed milk sweetened canned
  • tablespoons cornstarch 
  • ounce cream cheese softened
  • 0.3 cup juice of lemon 
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats 
  • 16 ounce roasted cranberry sauce whole canned

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large bowl, combine flour, oats, 3/4 cup brown sugar and butter; mix until crumbly. Reserving 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture, press remainder firmly on bottom of greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
  2. Bake 15 minutes.
  3. In small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth; stir in lemon juice.
  4. Spread evenly over prepared crust. In small bowl, combine remaining 1 tablespoon sugar and cornstarch; stir in cranberry sauce. Spoon evenly over cream cheese layer. Top with reserved crumb mixture.
  5. Bake 40 minutes or until golden. Cool. Chill.
  6. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
