Ingredients

  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • cup brown sugar 
  • 1.5 cups flour all-purpose
  • cup milk 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • cup semi chocolate chips 
  • 0.3 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • teaspoons vanilla extract 
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil 
  • tablespoon vinegar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8 inch square pan.
  2. Combine the flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in prepared pan.
  3. Mix well with a fork.
  4. Make three "wells" in the dry ingredients.
  5. Pour oil in the first, vinegar in the second, and vanilla in the third.
  6. Pour milk over the top and mix all ingredients with a fork until well blended.
  7. Pour chocolate chips over the top.
