  • 16 oz vegetables mixed frozen thawed drained
  • tub homestyle stock - reduced sodium chicken knorr®
  • cups milk 2%
  • tablespoons panko bread crumbs 
  • pound chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into chunks

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Melt Country Crock
  3. Spread in large skillet over medium- high heat.
  4. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
  5. Stir in milk, corn starch and Knorr Homestyle Stock. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook 1 minute until thick and creamy, stirring constantly.
  6. Combine sauce with vegetables and pasta.
  7. Turn into 13 x 9-inch baking pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  8. Bake 15 minutes until heated through and crumbs are lightly golden.
