Ingredients

  • 16 oz farfalle pasta (farfalle)
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  • cups chicken shredded cooked
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts drained quartered canned
  • cup yogurt plain yoplait® (from 32-oz container)
  • cup cream sour
  • teaspoons lemon zest grated
  • teaspoon pepper white
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh italian chopped (flat-leaf)
  • 0.3 cups parmesan shredded

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Drain; set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, heat 12-inch skillet over medium heat.
  4. Drizzle olive oil into skillet.
  5. Add garlic; sauté 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant.
  6. Add chicken and artichoke hearts; cook until thoroughly heated.
