  • 0.5 cup chicken broth 
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese cubed ()
  • Tbsp parsley fresh chopped
  • tsp lemon zest 
  • 0.5 cup low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded kraft
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated kraft
  • cups penne pasta uncooked
  • 1.5 lb shrimp deveined uncooked peeled

Directions

  1. Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding shrimp to the boiling water for the last 3 min. Meanwhile, heat broth in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add cream cheese, lemon zest and juice; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until cream cheese is melted.
  3. Drain pasta mixture.
  4. Add to cream cheese sauce in skillet with Parmesan; mix well.
  5. Top with mozzarella; cover. Cook 3 to 4 min. or until mozzarella is melted.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley.
