  • 0.3 cup creamy peanut butter 
  • 1.5 cups crisp rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies)
  • cups fat-free milk fat-free
  • tablespoon honey 
  • 1.5 cups non-dairy whipped topping fat-free frozen divided thawed

Directions
