Succulent prawns are coated in a light batter, deep-fried to golden perfection, and then tossed in a mouthwatering honey and garlic sauce. The result is a dish that's crispy, juicy, sweet, and savory all at once.

The key to this recipe is the combination of sweet honey and pungent garlic, which creates a sauce that is utterly irresistible. The addition of sherry adds a depth of flavor that takes this dish to the next level. The prawns themselves are a delight, with a crispy exterior that gives way to tender, juicy meat.

This recipe is also incredibly versatile. Feel free to adjust the spiciness to your liking or add other ingredients like chili peppers for an extra kick. You can even experiment with different types of honey or garlic to find your perfect flavor combination. So, what are you waiting for?
