  1. Process first 5 ingredients in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Cover and chill 1 hour.
  2. Shape mixture into a round. Chill until ready to serve.
  3. Sprinkle with almonds.
  4. Garnish, if desired.
  5. Serve with assorted crackers.
