  • cup breadcrumbs dry fine
  •  eggs beaten
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
  • pound ground beef 
  • tablespoon milk 
  • medium onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 16 servings salt and pepper to taste
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil 
  • cups water

Directions
