Ingredients

  • 0.3 ounce yeast dry
  • 0.5 cup butter 
  • tablespoons cream cheese 
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 0.5 pint cup heavy whipping cream 
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese 
  • 0.8 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil 
  • cup water (105 to 115 degrees)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the water, oil, and yeast. Stir in the flour.

  3. Thoroughly grease a deep dish pizza pan. Punch down dough, and transfer to the pan. Cover dough with a cloth, and allow crust to rise 25 minutes, until puffy.
  4. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
