  • 10.8 oz cream of mushroom soup fat-free 98% canned
  • 0.5 cup eggs fat-free
  • lb ground beef 90% (at least )
  • cup savory vegetable mixed frozen
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
  • 0.3 cup water 
  • 1.3 cups baking mix bisquick heart smart®

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, water, egg product and 1 cup of the cheese; spread in pan.
  2. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in soup and vegetables; heat until hot.
  3. Spread over batter in pan.
  4. Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  6. Bake 1 to 3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
