  • pounds spaghetti squash 
  • ounces pasta like spaghetti uncooked
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • tablespoons parmesan cheese grated
  • tablespoons butter melted reduced-calorie
  • tablespoon oregano dried fresh
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400° F. Pierce squash with fork; place in ungreased square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches.
  2. Bake uncovered about 1 hour 30 minutes or until tender.
  3. Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package.
  4. Cut squash lengthwise in half; remove seeds and fibers. Reserve one half for another use.
  5. Remove spaghetti-like strands with 2 forks. Toss squash, spaghetti and remaining ingredients. Return spaghetti mixture to squash shell to serve.
