Ingredients

  • ounces cream cheese 
  • tablespoon apple jelly red
  • 0.3 cup figs dried chopped
  • 0.3 cup apricot dried chopped
  • ounces goat cheese crumbled (goat)
  • 0.3 cup walnut pieces chopped
  • tablespoon chives fresh chopped
  • 40  round buttery crackers assorted

Equipment

  • plastic wrap
  • rolling pin

Directions

  1. Place cream cheese between 2 sheets of plastic wrap.
  2. Roll into 9x6-inch
  3. rectangle with rolling pin.
  4. Remove top sheet of wrap. Carefully spread jelly over
  5. cream cheese.
  6. Sprinkle with figs and apricots to within 1/2 inch of edges.
  7. Sprinkle
  8. with cheese.
  9. Using bottom sheet of wrap to help lift and starting at a long side, carefully roll
  10. up cheese mixture into a log. Carefully press walnuts into outside of log, rolling
  11. slightly to cover all sides. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 2 hours
  12. to set.
  13. To serve, place roulade on serving plate.
  14. Sprinkle with chives.
  15. Serve with
