  • 0.5 cup basil fresh
  • 0.3 cup fish sauce (nam pla or nuoc nam)
  • 12  garlic clove chopped
  • 1.5 pounds ground chicken 
  • 0.3 cup soy sauce light
  •  bell pepper italian cut into strips
  • large plum tomatoes cut into 6 wedges
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce black
  • tablespoon sugar 
  • 0.3 cup thai chile fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Cook noodles in large pot of boiling salted water until tender but still firm to bite, stirring frequently.
  2. Drain.
  3. Meanwhile, heat oil in heavy large pot over medium-high heat.
  4. Add garlic and Thai chiles; sauté 30 seconds.
  5. Add chicken and next 4 ingredients and sauté until chicken is cooked through, about 4 minutes.
  6. Add noodles, tomatoes, and Anaheim chiles; toss to coat.
  7. Transfer to large platter, sprinkle with basil leaves, and serve.
