  • 0.3 cup basil fresh thinly sliced
  • cup tomatoes fat-free
  • ounces parmesan fresh shredded finely
  • 1.3 cups part-skim ricotta 
  • 16 ounce polenta 
  • 10 ounce spinach frozen dry thawed drained chopped

Directions
